Worst hotel I have ever stayed at with my family. The manager Chris was a complete jerk and does not deserve to be a manager. The water on the 4th floor barely comes out of the shower. Bugs in the rooms. Drug addicts living there. Promised a certain price for extended stay and would not honor it. Have filed a complaint with AG's office and their corporate office. Also, with board of health.

DIRTY, FILTHY PLACE, FLOORS, WALLS, ELEVATOR, PARKING LOTS, ROOM STILL HAD TRASH IN IT 3. SMELLS OF URINE 4. NO SAFETY, DOORS PROPPED OPEN AT ALL HOURS 5. WILL WALK IN ON YOU SHOWERING AT 10:30 IN THE MORNING 6. NO TOWELS 7. NO HOUSEKEEPING 8. NO TRASH SERVICE 9. NO BREAKFAST 10. BROKEN AIR/HEAT CONDITIONER 11. NO MOVIE CHANNELS 11.....A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!! STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO, TO LEAVE THIS REVIEW.
Rooms are poorly cleaned/ sanitized. Terrible customer service and zero follow up on issues.
