Shouts out to the WoodSpring staff at Garden City!! A former patron who truly just needed a place to sleep and be able to put down all my things, this location was more than enough. Thanks to Kenya, who always constantly had to recharge my key card (damn near everyday) but did it with a smile! Horrible experience at this hotel. There was some sort of awful smell throughout the halls & in our room. The floor of our room was sticky and there were stains all throughout the room. Broken furniture and the bed was not an actual bed- it was a cot. Any movement (even just sitting up or rolling over) on the bed made loud squeaking noises. The bed had several dips throughout & was not comfortable. I did not get any sleep. The front desk employee was very friendly, but besides that, this place is awful! Would give it 0.
Great staff!! Hotel is way better than it used to be!! Lobby smelled sooo good & I love Ms. D, she was very professional also the GM ms. April🩷 will be back
