Towels dirty. The manager demanded to inspect our room in the am for a cat. My granddaughter was sleeping. Awkward. Bare bones. Elevator broken
This place is a good location. The room was clean and well appointed as far as the kitchen. Items I was not happy about are when I checked at the office for any kitchen utensils I was told they didn't have any at the time. The walls and floors have very poor soundproofing. Lots of floor noise from the room above was annoying. I understand that for the prices which I think are good, that room service, bed changes, etc., were not included.
