When I arrived I was approached by employee Journee who was very rude, not helpful, and displayed a very very poor customer service attitude at the front desk. I purchased a home in Lynchburg and I am also having my home renovated. I am so happy I stayed for a short stay prior to staying for 2-4 weeks during my home renovation. This will be my last time staying here! Too many other options in the area (literally next door) to be treated poorly, no thank you.

So where to start? Only reason I gave them any stars is cause location was good for me and o got a night comped. But from the minute I walked in I was turned off. Needed the restroom and was told no I had to wait till I checked in then once checked in was told the restroom was for employees only. Next I got to my room and it was not what I booked.
