I travel for work and almost exclusively stay at Extended Stay America's. This is one of if not the worst one I have stayed at. Check in is terrible, your lucky to even get somebody to check you in. My card didn't work one night so I came to the front desk and it was closed, I used the phone and called for an hour before having to call the customer service line to finally get into my room. The guy Larry at the front desk is very helpful he’s kind and very welcoming he made me and my family feel very comfortable, when ever we needed anything he’s right there getting it for you I appreciate that very much ! Would recommend this place
The elevator is always dirty, always.
