So me and my girlfriend made a reservation a month ago for a one bedroom; they put us in a two bedroom because the one bedrooms were all taken. Two weeks pass by, they then try to just raise our rates because they had us in a room we didn’t ask for so we tell em how we never asked for a two bed room and that they could move us (we were asked if we wanted to move or if we needed the extra bed). Avoid This Place at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. The elevator has been out for weeks, making it a nightmare for anyone with luggage or mobility issues. The internet has also been down for weeks, which is unacceptable for an extended stay. The laundry room? Out of service. To top it off, I was fined $25 just for opening my window for fresh air and threatened with a $250 fine if I do it again. Nice place to stay for cheap. Nice staff, but was told by one staff member at front desk that the $50 deposit for pets was refundable, which I made sure to clarify that it was due to the paper I seen said it wasn't, which it was reiterated to me that it was indeed refundable and would be getting it back upon checkout, afterwards when I checked out, I was told that it was not refundable and did not get money back.
