I absolutely hated the customer service she was very ruined….the bed sheets was damp i told her about it she gave me replacement sheets….the elevator was broke….i reported it to management he still didnt do nothing about it……THIS WAS THE WORSE I DONT RECOMMEND NOBODY GOING THERE
MISS JO THE MANAGER OF THE PROPERTY IS SO AMAZING. PATIENT READY TO SOLVE ANY FINANCIAL DISPUTE OR ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE ROOM. SHE MAKES SURE THAT IT'S FIXED IMMEDIATELY. SHE'S VERY EASY TO GET ALONG WITH AND TAKES PRIDE IN HER JOB. I WISH MORE PEOPLE WERE LIKE HER.. CHRISTOPHER J
This place needs to be torn down this is the most disgusting place I've ever seen and smelled my family and I walked in and out we didn't know the area drove for hours and got our money back IMMEDIATELY their isn't any way anyone could be happy to stay there the floors were so sticky my shoe stayed stuck the rancid odor with smoke is unbearable and I hope nobody else ever has to wait to be refunded their money back if they choose to leave immediately everything in the room was sticky broken down and had holes in the walls wi... read more
