The hospitality is good, but I’m not sure about their policy of cleaning the room only once every 14 days and changing the linens on the same schedule. I’m new to Irving, so I’m not familiar with the local standards. Additionally, they charge $65 to $70 per day without including breakfast for single person . While they do have an in-house kitchen, it’s not equipped with any utensils.
Dirty but everyone working there is nice.
I had a wonderful experience thanks to Queen who was at the front desk and took care of my FedEx and UPS packages and made sure that I received them without any delay . Queen was very attentive , friendly and customer service conscious . That made all the difference to my trip staying at this hotel .
I was originally planning to stay at this location for 12 days being that I was relocating here and going to interviews to secure a job, and the airport was nearby since I was going back home to get my car, prior to this location I was in Richardson at a different hotel, I should have stayed there because this was a bad decision.
