This location ain’t doing nothing but robbing people out there money and the staff are very horrible accept Tasha and the young guy that’s at the front desk but the manger was really rude and going off of he say she say and put me out she tried to fake it and say that I said something to Tasha which I know was lie because one thing about me I’m quiet and I stay to my self they took my money
The worst place ever the young lady didn’t have a back bone at the front desk so she allowed the people on the 3rd floor to continue to make loud noises all night long! Sounding like they were going to fall through the floor! I had to work the next morning! Called 5 different times, I went down stairs just to hear they were full and she had the nerve to ask if I was going to extend! And if so I could get a new room tomorrow! The rooms are quite nice for the location, but I did encounter a few challenges during my stay. Unfortunately, there wasn't any security available after hours, which made me feel a bit uneasy. My room key worked for the building but not for my actual room, and I had to wait until someone was available at the front desk the next morning. I ended up sleeping in my car, which wasn't ideal. They ok but they had to give us another 2 rooms because first 2 were just dirty and gross and didn't even have a phone in the room yall lol anyways they were super friendly and fixed anything they were able to so not mad at the short overworked staff.
