Fantastic stay throughout my entire time. Staff is extremely nice & have fixed any issues I’ve had no problem including management especially. Rooms are spotless & stocked as expected for an extended stay plus the option to exchange anytime during front desk hours. The location is great for grocery shopping & tons of restauraunts nearby also. It’s even pet friendly for those traveling with their furry loved ones!

Chose this hotel for an extended stay work trip and it was been great! Excellent staff. Any issues fixed quickly. Extremely convenient location. Good price. There’s even an EV charging station plus kitchenettes to cook home meals. 10/10 stay during my time!

We paid online through their service. But for me to get my room I had to have someone from my employer fill out paperwork to bill the already paid for room. They use a virtual kiosk which is a pain to use it's extremely loud in that vestibule. Ultimately I had to use my own money for my company provided hotel room that was already paid for by my company. I've tried this hotel multiple times, in different locations and the experience has been consistently bad. I don't know who thought it would be amazing to have virtual property management but fail. Here is a list of bad experiences: *Walked in a room and it was trashed! *The hallway smells like someone left a dirty diaper in it for a week. *Who's cooking fish in the elevator? *The Indiana location looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. *Ohio had to be some sort of homeless refuge!

Loud people, car alarms and dogs barking around midnight for a couple hours .. Then we get a notice on our door (along with everyone else) that basically said if we didn’t comply with rules we would be asked to leave. We for one did nothing wrong to get this notice and if you want to stay in a frat house then this is the place. Really did not appreciate the notice. But the lady at the front that checked me in was super nice. So that’s about it.
