I've tried this hotel multiple times, in different locations and the experience has been consistently bad. I don't know who thought it would be amazing to have virtual property management but fail. Here is a list of bad experiences: *Walked in a room and it was trashed! *The hallway smells like someone left a dirty diaper in it for a week. *Who's cooking fish in the elevator? *The Indiana location looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. *Ohio had to be some sort of homeless refuge!

Worst hotel experience EVER! Let me count the ways: 1.Requested room was not ready 2. No staff on site. 3. Virtual check in and out was slow and didn't function correctly. 4, No body wash, no hair dryer, no tissues. 5. Light would not shut off in bathroom. 6. Thinnest and fewest pillows anywhere. 7. Lumpy mattress. Overall a horrible experience! I do not recommend!

Booked online through my bank. I can’t speak on the rooms because I was never able to get checked in! If I could give customer service 0 stars it would not be low enough! DO NOT choose this hotel as a last minute option on a weekend. There is no one at the front desk, leaving you to try and check in on a complicated kiosk that doesn’t work. Customer service is of course, barely English speaking in another country who were no help at all, so good luck getting a refund. Was woken up twice at 3 am and 4 am with a man loudly yelling and banging on doors. That’s how the long term guests were acting. Seemed like a normal occurrence because the person inside the room responded like they knew the person. There is no staff on location or front desk staff between 4 pm- 9am, so none to call or enforce a reasonable environment. This is not clear on the Expedia site. Stayed here one night for an exam at the prometric testing center nearby. Location was great as it was within 5 minutes of my destination. The room itself was very clean and came with dishes/utensils/cookware as I had paid for the stocked kitchen. Check in and check out process were very simple. I used the kiosk to check out in the morning and the person on the other end was very kind. Cons are that I was on the first floor and the people above me had a young child that was loud.
