Person that checked us in was rude. After she checked us in she informed me that our room wasn't ready. This was at about 330 and check in is 3pm. We got no apologies just the excuse that they are under staffed. She even threatened to not let us check in because my wife was upset. As far as I am concerned she was understandably upset. This kind of service is unacceptable.
