If I could give 0 I would. Please I’m begging you not to rent from any of their properties, I never want anyone to go through what we’ve gone through these last few months. July 27th 2025 we had a gas leak at 2 of the 4 buildings of off broadway flats (managed by woodspear) we received an email at 7:48pm that day stating there had been a gas leak. Ariel is the assistant manager for the Greentree Village apartments. Earlier today, she went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had. She is so nice, polite, easy to talk to, and she genuinely cares about what you have to say. She doesn't get irritated with you like ALOT of the management has. I've lived here for 6 years now, and I've seen the management team turn over several times.. Ariel is definitely a keeper. Very professional.
Woodspear Properties continues to keep an unprofessional, Biased leasing agent who should’ve been gone a long time ago since she can’t handle her job. She’s hostile, Dismissive, And incredibly passive aggressive and it’s not just me who feels this way. Instead of helping residents, She makes everything harder. You can’t express any concerns without her becoming defensive or acting like you’re the problem.
