Dr. Mahmood and her staff members were very professional and courteous. All the eye examinations went very smoothly. My new glasses fit well and the prescription was perfect. The store/office was spotless clean, modern, and very up to date. Their instruments were very high tech as well. Office provides tea and coffee as well. Thank you kindly for your great services. Highly recommended visit for all your eye care!!!
I had my annual eye exam with Dr. Shileng Chen and it was nothing short of amazing. The exam was thorough: Dr. Chen was great at addressing all my concerns and explaining in depth all of our treatment plans. The optical has a great selection of frames and were plenty attentive to ensure I had the perfect pair with the right lenses for me. Highly recommend!

I had my eyeglasses done by them about a year and a half ago. They were useless. The reading spot on the eyeglasses were on the bottom edge of the frame and I have to raise my eyeglasses an inch from my nosebridge to be able to read clearly. The same thing happened to my friends' who ordered 2 eyeglasses from them with very expensive Rayban frames. They were useless and were a waste of money. Went back to Grand Spectacle at Maspeth who makes better eyeglasses to procure another set of eyewear.
