When I showed up, no one was there. When someone finally arrived, they said that the doctor wasn’t in because “he didn’t check the website.” We rescheduled my appointment for the next day. Sometime in April I came by to get my eyes check out bc 1st of all the frame that I got from my previous doctor was falling apart and I wanted to get new frames so I dropped by here and Dr Kassim was very nice and kind to me throughout my eye exam. I initially had a good experience with this place but now it’s near impossible to make an appointment these days. The front desk attendants seem like they don’t want customers anymore. It says on Google the place opens at 10AM but then I learn the doctors come and go as they please. Also when I call, the lady has huge attitude
Give it 5stars. Good experience, the doctor was great, staff were helpful in getting glasses that fit and look great
Good experience, easy booking online. The eye doctor was very thorough and explained my condition well. Great selection of frames at affordable price.
