awful company with a consistent record for keeping tenants money for bogus charges, the local courts are very familiar with Woodside and they are regularly sued by their tenants.
Horrible Company, rented a 3 bedroom house for 2 years, pre-paid a $300 carpet cleaning fee and was charged an extra $400 for carpet cleaning upon move-out, landlord refused to replace leaking roof, billed me for damage from leaking sink pipes which I had reported several times. After being in progress of taking Woodside to court the owner Bev is dodging service and I have met other tenants outside her office who are angry because of false charges made to their deposits.
