We’ve had a very disappointing experience with Woodside Homes, particularly when it comes to post-close warranty support and overall quality. From the beginning, communication around the one-year warranty process was confusing and inconsistent. We were told multiple conflicting things about whether repairs needed to be completed before the 12-month mark or simply reported before that date. DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THEM. Horrible quality and equally horrible customer service. They cut corners, hire unlicensed contractors and involve the home buyer in their contractor disputes. At the end of the day, the buyer is left with low quality work. Our “new” house is falling apart. Their customer service does not respond and is constantly making excuses. High quality builder.Their service is very responsive and maintenance team is top notch..
The design is beautiful & warranty manager Chris Deck is very good person to work with . Overall the company is good and acts with integrity and does the right things. One recommendation is they need to hire more experienced & trained front line warranty workers & maybe better selection of sub contractors particularly painters.
