Today I had a great experience as a new patient. Everyone was terrific: professional, experienced, communicative, efficient & friendly. Dr Woodside, Danielle & Tricia were all awesome as was the receptionist whose name I didn't get. I recently moved to Madison Park & was referred to the practice by my landlord. Drs Woodside and Eckert are two skilled, professional, worldly & v. human women. My dentists for decades. Love em both and their excellent support team from techs to front desk.
Everyone there is awesome. The receptionist went above and beyond, tracking down my dental insurance information because I couldn’t find my card. The technician gave me a full walkthrough of the work that would be done. And the dentist was very professional and friendly. I was well taken care of by the whole team. I was an emergency walk in and they fit me in on their half day. I definitely recommend them.
