I am constantly disappointed in the staff. The dentist is very caring. They make coding mistakes almost consistently and do not respond to the insurance company requests to correct it. You need to double check your bill with the insurance benefits. I overpaid my portion up front and it was never caught nor corrected. When I asked for a receipt of services, it was not detailed.

This office is nothing but rude. They leave you standing at the counter for the longest time just to get waited on. The staff is ALL young & inexperienced. They claim to want to maximize your benefits & minimize your wallet, when all they do is both. Phone calls are never returned promptly & their receptionist has no clue what she is doing when it comes to billing your insurance company, then falsely tell you that it is YOUR insurance company that is at fault for her inconsistencies.
