Friendly and organized staff. Very clean and comfortable environment. Hygienist and Doctor were great. Everyone was so nice and my overall experience was great. I would highly recommend.
The providers at this practice are great, and I've had a good experience over the past few years. However, I've noticed a shift in the practice's focus from being patient-centric to more business-centric. It feels unusual to be encouraged to purchase in-house items rather than receiving a prescription. As a patient, my preference is to continue using a prescription medication that has proven effective for me in the past, especially when the suggested all-natural in-house alternative costs significantly more. I had a great first visit at this office today. I was expecting the usual mountain of paperwork, but everything was sent ahead of time, I filled it out before arriving and didn’t have to complete anything in the office, which was a huge plus. I was brought back quickly by a very friendly staff member who took the time to talk with me about why I was there and let me know the dentist would be in shortly.
