I'm a current resident at Woodside. It's quiet, in a nice location, great neighborhood. Repairs are handled quickly and properly. The property manager has personally assisted me several times. Recently had the furnace & swamp cooler replaced with a central air system - big improvement! The place compares favorably to other rentals, on a cost basis.
