CANNOT wait until Ramona (lease office) leaves. She has no filter when she speaks and uses her position to say and do things that we did not sign in our written lease agreement. We need higher management to acknowledge the problems and find ways to get back to the way it used to be before Ramona and Jennifer joined the leasing office when big Josh was lease manager. He truly cared about his tenants and tried to find ways to bring Woodside tenants together with fun activities. We feel like we can't bring up problems with Ramo... read more
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE. The new management (Ramona Padilla) is AWFUL! Only been working here about 3 or 4 months and she doesn't take care of problems when you bring them to her. Her typical response to most things is that she handed it off to someone else to deal w/. Currently a homeless person lives in their car and it's parked against a wall that has a huge sign that says no parking if you don't live here or your car will be towed, yet she can't even get the car towed, AND SHE'S THE LEASE MANAGER! New manager (Ramona) came in July 1, 2015. She has an aggressive personality, doesn't think before she speaks. She does shady things as I've seen first hand. Tenants have complained to Hunt Enterprises (management company for Woodside). Woodside refuses to acknowledge there is a problem and encourages this manager to act unethically towards other staff and tenants.
