BEST health club in all of KC!!!!! And they serve delicious TEA!
This is definitely not the place to go if you're serious about fitness. The equipment in main gym area is catered more towards physical rehab and late middle aged type clientele. The lime of equipment is not designed to challenge athletic or fit persons. The same can be said for the vast majority of the cardio equipment ( when it's not under repair).
