RecommendedWhen I lived in KC in the 90's I belonged to Woodside. I was always was impressed with the facility, maintenance and housekeeping. Everything was clean from the work out rooms, basketball courts, common areas, showers and at the bar.
I canceled a credit card, to remove them from billing got a new credit card account and they showed up on their some how. I didn't catch it until 6 months goes by after my wife and I haven't been there since (yet I've paid for it) I call to cancel sign the resignation and there is a 500 dollar fee attached to it lol. They do business sketchy at best make sure to review the bs contract before you sign it!

I joined Woodside in April when Sarah Buchanan announced she would be joining the staff! I love her classes, her energy, and her playlists! I'm glad she joined the team so I can do her Yoga and cycling classes all at the same place!
I love Carrah’s yoga classes. She always has a great playlist.
Anything taught by Sarah Buchanan is what keeps me going back to Woodside! She’s the perfect balance of inspiration, motivation, fun and offering a class that gets you results!
I am a regular at Body Pump the last few years. I love Anne’s class on Mon/Wed/Sat ❤️ I also enjoy catching Strength + Burn on Friday’s with Kaleb, who’s playlist is always on point and makes the intense 30 min work out more fun! I highly recommend group fitness at Woodside with awesome instructors and high quality equipment.
