Our family's experience with Dr. Woods' practice was incredibly disappointing. We would advise anyone to consider alternatives before becoming a patient. Everything requires an appointment, if you can even get someone on the phone. - While a parent was in hospice, the stress caused blood pressure to rise significantly. We called the office with an urgent question about the timing of our prescribed medications to see if that would lower it. Dr. Jason Woods and Team are AMAZING!! They are attentive, patient, informative and thorough. If you are seeking a long-term primary care physician, you should definitely call this practice home. This team saved my husband's life with their preventive care. They have aligned my health goals and the NP Kristen has helped me achieve each one. Great staff! Great practice!❤️
I’ve been a loyal patient here for 5 years, and the only reason I made the drive from Atlanta to Macon was because of Katie Aldridge, NP. She was absolutely wonderful, cared, knew about my history, and helped me through some of my hardest times, which is why this review still gets 3 stars. That said, I was disappointed to find out she had left the practice—especially because no one mentioned it to me.
