Everyone is always friendly and attentive. Anytime I use the portal for refills it's taken care of right away!

I've been a patient of Dr. Woods off and on for many many years. He is very personable and intentive. He doesn't just stick his head in the door says hey here's your prescription, he sits and listens. If you want a prescription pusher doctor, he's not the one for you. His staff is friendly and polite. If you call, yes you may have to leave a message but they do return your call. I have never had an issue with making an appointment or a prescription call in. This is the only doctor that will not call in your medicine if you owe him $2.00…They ain’t like someone is so desperate for money we have been customers at this doctor for at least 10 years. I have never seen anything like it. I don’t care if you owe them $1.80 they will not call your medication in and if you have an appointment they will not call your medication unless you come to your appointment. I don’t care how sick you are.
Our family's experience with Dr. Woods' practice was incredibly disappointing. We would advise anyone to consider alternatives before becoming a patient. Everything requires an appointment, if you can even get someone on the phone. - While a parent was in hospice, the stress caused blood pressure to rise significantly.
