I have been a patient of Dr. Woods for years. I have never received such quality care. I could write a novel on how wonderful Dr. Woods and his entire staff is! Don’t argue with me lol. They treat me like I am family. Every single test, exam, draw, you name it is followed up with a call. I moved to Florida in December and travel back and forth to Macon. I refuse to switch practices! Everyone is always friendly and attentive. Anytime I use the portal for refills it's taken care of right away!
Very friendly people in workplace. Clean and smell fresh nor your visit is not all day.They have coffee and water for patients. They address you s Mr & Mrs. They are good in there medicine being called in by pharmacy
I've been a patient of Dr. Woods off and on for many many years. He is very personable and intentive. He doesn't just stick his head in the door says hey here's your prescription, he sits and listens. If you want a prescription pusher doctor, he's not the one for you. His staff is friendly and polite. If you call, yes you may have to leave a message but they do return your call. I have never had an issue with making an appointment or a prescription call in. This is the only doctor that will not call in your medicine if you owe him $2.00…They ain’t like someone is so desperate for money we have been customers at this doctor for at least 10 years. I have never seen anything like it. I don’t care if you owe them $1.80 they will not call your medication in and if you have an appointment they will not call your medication unless you come to your appointment. I don’t care how sick you are.
