Big shout-out to Tim and the staff at Woods! I placed an order for curbside pickup and was able to pick it up the same day and although not all items were available due to our current COVID-19 situation, I was well informed and treated with courtesy and respect in a very professional and efficient manner. Excellent customer service! Thank you so very much for everything you do!

on Thursday AM 12/6 I stopped in to pick up a few items needed for baking. There was a single cashier open and 3 people in her line. There were 2 employees in the customer service area with both registers closed. The cashier was checking out a customer who's order was larger and required some extra time and attention. She kindly asked the 2 in the customer service area if one if them could open a register and check myself and the gentleman behind me out so we wouldn't have to wait. I went through Woods yesterday with my grandson. The employees were very friendly asking me multiple times if I was finding things. Once when I couldn’t find what I was after, the employee actually went and got the item for me!!! My grandson was given a banana (his favorite) from the Healthy Kids bin. I gave a 4 rating because I felt like it was a little priced on some items but such a good overall experience that I’ll be sure to return!
