Horrible, horrible service!! Had taken car there for radiator fan to be fixed and an oil change. Went to colonial heights and on the way back home it started overheating. Checked it when I got home and it was totally out of coolant. Had over half thing of coolant when dropped off. Plus are to check that with an oil change. This is their second screw up on them. I have my vehicle serviced at Woods. They are very kind people, honest and I trust everything they tell me. They have been so helpful to me every time I have been there. I trust them and that means a lot!!!!

Great service, great staff. Don't like paying $400 more than I was quoted multiple times. I understand you find things that you can't see at the start, but all I asked for both times was a phone call to let me know if it's getting too expensive... Nothing either time.

I have been using Woods for general service and for big jobs on my vehicles. They do an excellent job. My truck wouldn't start and I was thinking it was the fuel pump or a sensor. So I was there to set up an oil change for my car, so I told them the symptoms of the truck. Terry and Jerry both gave me advice to diagnose it. Turns out it was just the inertia switch got triggered somehow, I just had to reset it. Saved us a lot of money. Thanks!!!!
