Brutal. Go elsewhere.
This office has the worst office staff I have ever encountered. It's amazing this dentist even has patients as rude as his staff is. The desk manager was rude to my son whom was being very polite during our visit, I also witnessed her making degrading, gossipy comments about other patients calling in, also when I had to call in to get paperwork straightened out she was incredibly difficult to work with. I would never recommend this business due completely to the awful office manager.
