I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Westgate Resort in Branson. Regrettably, my experience did not meet the expectations I had for this facility, and I would like to share some feedback regarding my stay. Upon arrival, I encountered a lengthy check-in process, as there was only one staff member available at the front desk to assist guests. Our accommodations at the facility were extremely disappointing. The floors were absolutely filthy (all our feet turned black) and my pillow smelled stinky. The community pool was also murky and dirty and gave my daughter-in-law (who was staying in an adjacent room) a UTI. Also, there was no shower curtain in the bathroom when we arrived. When we asked for one, a staff member showed up at our door and handed me a bag with the curtain and then left leaving me to figure out how to hang the shower curtain without assistance.
