If planning to have a walk and chill time
Lived there for 12 yrs was bad then good back to bad. They don't do anything about the neighbors at all.The bad residents get treated like gold and are untouchable , so don't complain it's not worth it. Kids are out of control half of the parents are gettho and don't care. Glad I was able to get out of there wish it didn't take as long as it did.
Consistently improving! I moved here about 8 years ago, there were a lot of issues back then that made me think “What have I done?!” Loud parties and music blasting into early morning hours. Police presence on almost a daily basis. I didn’t feel safe having my kids play outside or (me) walking around at night. A lot of maintenance issues that were slow to get fixed.
