FAR from great is right. The attitude from the manager is astounding. Rather than working with us and answering our questions, we were given the same explanation coated in bitter looks and carelessness. On that note, she would much rather let a situation escalate in the front lobby, shouting at us in front of everyone, than to take us into another room and explain calmly. I’ve been only been living here for a few months, but so far it’s been absolute hell. I moved in and my room was infested with spiders, and it took almost 3 weeks to get maintenance to send pest control to my apartment. They also lied multiple times by marking off my maintenance requests as completed and made up a time in which pest control had come, yet they had never showed up. Absolute horrible place to live when they say it believe it ! Starting off move in we had no hot water for days , we come and look in the kitchen there is spilled ketchup and gravy in each cabinet .One of the cabinets was broken but put on the rack to make it seem like it was still in tact so that we would have to pay for damage fees. The paint is still not finished with a bunch of white parks everywhere they would they would immediately they didn’t! Terrible trying to get in contact with with management no call backs tried calling one 8 times still no response
Such poor taste to charge visitors of poor college students parking fees. Furthermore calling this shoe box a “parking space” is generous but sure, I’ll happily pay to have my vehicle door dinged—NOT!! Just park on the street, it’s free.
