Great Community for College Students
Don’t believe them when they mention a dedicated security team. Cars are at risk at this establishment every night. This is a constant reoccurring problem with nothing done to prevent these things from happening again. There are no cameras on the property to even help with a police report which they tell you to do at the front desk. They tell you to contact higher ups but as you can see from the other reviews communication is not taken seriously here aswell. I would not recommend living here. Unreliable bus, management is extremely disappointing, unreliable and never present, smoke alarms have yet to be replaced and they’ll try to make a buck off of you whenever they can. Also pool closes early and there’s no hot tub.
Michael is the best maintenance guy. Any issue I’ve had has been handled quickly and he’s always respectful and kind. It really makes living here stress-free knowing maintenance is in such good hands.
