There are many problems with this apartment complex that the property manager seems to sweep under the rug when you move in. In the summer, the place gets so warm that the temperature constantly goes to 90 degrees or higher if you don't leave the A/C on full time. There are multiple leaks in the ceiling that maintenance never really fixes. They just say they're going to when you talk to them.
