Their maintenance team is awful. Almost every issue I had they either forgot and I had to go to the office multiple times to get someone to come out or just told me the problem couldn't be fixed. Twice did the water heater in the apartment above me leak into my apartment. The first time, my boyfriend was the one who reported it and he had to tell the maintenance person what to do, and then they never came back to fix the water damage in my apartment.
