My experience at Wood's logging was not a good one I ordered a jacket in medium size and received a large I'm only 5 feet 4 inches tall and not able to work in a large Carhartt jacket they offered no remedy for the mistake Tori the employee made no refund no exchange that the worst customer service I have ever had. When a person or company makes a mistake they should own it and correct it. Not just make a sale they should try to make a customer.
Came here for a custom fuel line. They made it quickly and it lasted me YEARS until I parted out my project car.
I've been looking to get a custom cable made for a piece of machinery belonging to my grandfather. I've been to several places in Seattle and Portland but no luck or help. They couldn't even point me in the right direction. 20 minutes at Woods Logging and I had EXACTLY what I needed. Pete and Chris were amazing!!
I brought my Honda mower for a safety recall. When I picked it up the guy told me I owed $70 for maintenance that I never asked for (sharpen the blade and carb cleaning on a barely used mower). I refused to pay for it, so the guy berated me for not taking care of my lawnmower, and to not come back there. At least we agreed on something.
