I've been looking to get a custom cable made for a piece of machinery belonging to my grandfather. I've been to several places in Seattle and Portland but no luck or help. They couldn't even point me in the right direction. 20 minutes at Woods Logging and I had EXACTLY what I needed. Pete and Chris were amazing!!
I brought my Honda mower for a safety recall. When I picked it up the guy told me I owed $70 for maintenance that I never asked for (sharpen the blade and carb cleaning on a barely used mower). I refused to pay for it, so the guy berated me for not taking care of my lawnmower, and to not come back there. At least we agreed on something.
These idiots have had my saws for months now and fixed things that i didn't ask for and told me the things I wanted were custom orders. I could have finished with all three in a few hours. With parts ordered ahead of time. What the heck has this company sunk too? Definitely not a saw shop anymore. How long does it take to fix your own f-up ?
