I would never send anyone here. I took two urns to get engraved. The wording was not centered on one of them and the other was simply ruined. I wasn’t even made aware of it.. they were just going to let me pay and hoped I didn’t notice. Had to fight to get my money back when I should have been paid for the items that were ruined. Terrible customer service.

This has been a great place to purchase jewelry of ours for years. Great owner who repairs jewelry. A quiet place with all the “gems” that help you find your favorite pieces.
I dropped my watch off going on 5 weeks I was promised a call and no call I was told that it would be fixed in under 2 weeks I want an answer and my watch fixed asap We had a great chat the owner knows what he is doing Looking forward to getting my watch back
