I have always been extremely satisfied with all my dealings. George and his staff are very helpful with suggestions and advice. Strong community leaders, knowledgeable, and dependable. The Jewelry services they provide are just one of the reasons to shop locally.
After my wife tried to discuss a rather bothersome situation with the owner I'm disappointed. The owner was extremely stand offish and didnt want to elaborate on why someone would be quoted $95 to resize a ring, then upon pick up they're trying to charge $600+ This place is a scam and we're sure they're going to melt a piece of jewelry that has been passed down through generations. My man has bought me at least five pairs of earrings, and they are all so beautiful
I would never send anyone here. I took two urns to get engraved. The wording was not centered on one of them and the other was simply ruined. I wasn’t even made aware of it.. they were just going to let me pay and hoped I didn’t notice. Had to fight to get my money back when I should have been paid for the items that were ruined. Terrible customer service.
