Great guy. He does a good job at court as well.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this lawyer and guardian ad litem. Despite what he may think of his own intentions, his arrogance and preconceived judgments without the facts proved to be detrimental. His absolute refusal to listen after he has decided “he knows what’s going on” is sad. His lack of organization and rude behavior added to the frustration. a day ago NEW I called to discuss how I was worried that my ex-wife (his client) was breaking the court order by spending time with her boyfriend at a hotel with my daughter. In our court documents, her current boyfriend is not allowed to stay under the same roof or in the same bed (that’s my assumption at least, he hasn’t given me the papers so I can be 100% sure which is why I called). He treated my son very poorly on the phone and interrupted him several times. Made sure to point out that he will charge him if he filed for contempt against his ex-wife. ALL ABOUT THE MONEY.
