This is an updated review after filing a grievance and speaking with someone in management at the company about what happened. From the get-go, I felt like Mr. Delgado wouldn't listen to me. I visited this office once. The PMHNP I saw was arrogant, talked over me, and would not listen when I explained what I needed or what my previous psychiatrist had recommended. He insisted on cutting my medication in half despite my asking him to wait until he had gotten to know me better and reviewed my previous psychiatrist’s notes.
