My wife and I have been shopping at Woods for over 20 years and all of our experiences have been excellent. We have purchased carpeting for the entire house, major appliances, much of our furniture and mattress and springs at Woods. Believe me, I am very frugal and comparison shop before making any major purchase. Woods is always less expensive or comparable in price with stores in Mt Pleasant and Midland. Their customer service is also great. While I am not pleased that Rick is retiring, I believe his son, Brett, will do a ... read more

I seriously cannot believe the horrible service! My family member is out of state and her kids (myself, husband, sister in law and her two small children) made arrangements to be at her house today for delivery. It was supposed to be between 1-3.. they showed up after 5pm, with the wrong chair, and without the mattress she ordered. I feel they owe a huge apology or give her some money back. She literally lives 1 block away from the store. This is just completely unacceptable. Maybe the store manager was not in today or somet... read more

I understand. I've already spoken to the delivery crew and will follow up on what happened to the chair not being power. It is no problem leaving the chair there until the power option is rectified. I would be able to get you the pillows yet tonight if you'd like.
