I cannot stress this enough, if you move here you will have a hostile landlord and management team. And if they aren't hostile, they are woefully incompetent and cheap. The people who run this place feel actively hostile to their tenants and seem to genuinely not care. The elevator in the C building has been out for over a year, now, and with no sign of being repaired any time soon. Apart from all issues listed, I would suggest not letting workers into your apartment unsupervised. A pair of my $200 Jordan’s were stolen out of my apartment. I only wore those once and it was only when I went to look for it that I noticed it was gone.
Eddie helped me with the leasing/move in process. Whenever I have a maintenance issue it’s handled the very next day. Quiet & respectful neighbors.
Please do NOT lease here. The units are cockroach infested, buildings are unkept and straight dirty. Informed management of cockroach issue shortly after moving in, was provided no assistance whatsoever while hundreds of roaches fled from every crack/crevice in unit. My partner and I spent hundreds of dollars to try and manage the issue on our own with no reimbursement or acknowledgement of the distress our living environment was causing. Save yourself the trouble, money and most importantly...the trauma.
