Hello, I have lived here for roughly 15 years and throughout my time here this place has been my home and my community. This place is absolutely not perfect, and has many ongoing inconveniences such as constant water turn-offs and hot water outages, broken elevators, mice and rodent infestations. We lived here for 4 years, and I can say I would never ever recommend someone to live here unless I hated that person deeply. The water in C building gets shut off extremely frequently, and sometimes hot water doesn’t return until the next day when the water is back on. There have been no answers on long-term solutions for the water, or any of the other issues to follow. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Coming from someone that’s lived here for years, save yourself the time and aggravation. Management is trash and take advantage of the fact the market is too expensive and some people can’t afford to move. True definition of slum lords. Don’t rent from ASDEN PROPERTIES. All new tenants that I’ve encountered have never stayed for more than a year. Let that sink in.
yall need to fix these potholes, my car is now messed up and i’m already thinking about sueing this complex because of the potholes. I hope yall fix them asap and fasttttt. Now i have to get my car fix.
