Update on the living situation here at woods edge slum housing. This place is garbage ran by garbage managers. Never seen such low life managers in my life. Thought it would be good first place to live since I’m started my career but guess what? Karen the manager is a real Karen. I emailed her multiple time about an issue and got no response about the parking issues. I had to tow a vehicle that was double parked in front of my vehicle and couldn’t go to work on time. Edit: 3-10-2025 The MICE INFESTATION is still CURRENT for those of you who might want to move in now. I would also like to mention that I was contacted shortly after my review and asked to take it down. That whole “we care, please contact us” song is given to everyone and not genuine. They are aware of every issue, they simple do not care enough to take necessary action. They’ll slap a bandaid on everything to cover themselves legally while you’re forced to live in this slum. Would not ever recommend this place to anyone unless you want to deal with cockroaches and unresponsive management. I saw my first German cockroach in march of 2021 and I put in a work ticket for it, they closed it the next day without even visiting me, I kept seeing German cockroaches and put In another work ticket and the next day it was closed and no visit again. After living here for almost 5 months, I can honestly say I regret moving here. Make sure to add the mice into your lease! They’ll be in your unit soon enough. Mine even made it inside the fridge. Not to mention the fun “will I have running hot water tonight or is there another ‘unexpected repair’” guessing game we had the pleasure of playing for a few weeks.
