Clean, well maintained.
Very poor maintenance! Some apartments have a HORRIBLE black mold problem. And they replace broken appliances with used "roach infested" appliances! Some apartments have severe water damaged structural problems( sagging floors), yet they continue to increase the rent!
I moved into Woods Crossing August 2022. I had an issue that had been addressed but wasn’t quite cleared up. I lived with it for a bit but when Sarah reached out to make residents aware that she was the remote residential support person and we could share concerns with her, I texted her. Sarah responded immediately, and has done follow up’s. She sent in a team to take care of the problem. I've been here for 11 years and I'm love it
So glad to have come across Woods Crossing on Zillow! Such a change to live in a peaceful and small community! Great parking in front of my place, and close to work and shopping. It is rare to find an apartment where I have no one above OR below me! Love my new place, couldn’t be happier!
