Catherine shows empathy and follows your testing (even ordered by other Roper Medical Staff ) and messaged me and called me after hours. I am a patient of Catherine’s, but when Catherine was off, on more than one occasion Melody has called me to follow up with my testing and lab work (on more than one occasion).
