after just two years my foundation developed a crack and it uncovered major mold issues that ended up having to remove my carpet, drywall and subfloor. after talking with Jon Woods and informing him that there is a 10 year warranty of habitability he reluctantly agree to fix the foundation. Before the repairs where completed he stopped work due to other issues. Throughout my interactions with the company, I found Jon Woods, the CEO of the Wood Builder homes a responsible honest and fair person. I recommend Wood builders as a reliable and affordable company to build you your future home with.

I am writing this review to warn anyone who is thinking about working with Woods Builders Homes Inc., and specifically its owner, Jon Wood. I did not hire this company to build a home for me, so I cannot speak to the quality of their construction. What I can speak to, in detail, is my direct experience dealing with John Wood as a businessman — and based on that experience, I would never trust this man or this company with something as important as a home. I highly recommend Woods builders for any construction or renovation project. They had creative ideas for my renovation and came up with additional thoughts that I had not considered. Their showroom was helpful with the resources they presented that fit into my vision and they followed through with every aspect of the renovation, and I was extremely pleased with the completed project.
