I recently had my home built by Woods Builders and worked with my project manager Drew. He was great to work with and kept me appraised on the construction. Once construction began, the process went quickly and I am very pleased with my new home.

The Woods Builders Homes team did an exceptional job on our addition which was a 2 story project with a total of ~800 sq. ft.. I worked primarily with Drew, and also Jonathan, who were a great duo. The attention to detail was very appreciated, they were reasonably on time, on budget, good communicators, professional, kind, reasonable, and accommodating. No swearing. I used Woods Builders to build my first house out in Rockford and they did a fantastic job. The team (Dave, Jon, Kathy and Drew) gave me updates regularly and were fast to address any questions/concerns I had. They did a quality build for a reasonable price, and I will use them if I build again. I highly recommend Dave and his team!

I have had nothing but an excellent experience with this business, prompt, timely, and can get the job done. Their warranty technician Seth is probably one of the best I have experienced.

Woods Builders did a good job helping make sure things were done well on my condo and also continue to help as things occasionally arise that need attention. I especially appreciate their maintenance person (Seth) - he is exemplary in his service and assistance! Kathy is very helpful with any ongoing questions or concerns and is prompt in responding too. Excellent customer service!
