I had a deeply disappointing experience during my first visit. While the doctor did provide some helpful medical advice, the environment and treatment I received were unacceptable. The clinic itself was unclean—the exam room had visible dust on the ceiling and walls, and the lamp next to bed was rusted. It was hard to feel safe or cared for in such unsanitary conditions, especially with a strict mask policy in place. My experience with Dr. Woods was great! I was nervous about the appointment, but her professionalism, and kind nature made me feel comfortable and at ease! She takes great care of her patients!
Unprofessional, very rude assistants. Worst patient service ever!
Confused at these reviews! Dr. Woods preformed a colposcopy on me, and I found her very informative and efficient. She told me everything I needed to know, and prepped me for possible outcomes. I am happy to have her on my side in the future. edit: I really like her! She's always kind to me, and I feel taken care of. I've seen her twice now, and I am happy to be in her care.
