Recommended1st time dealing with these guys today and I had a magnificent experience! It is one of the most courteous and experienced staffs I have had the pleasure of encountering! Rented some kayak’s today for some time on the river and I was very impressed by the service and price. If you are looking for anything related to the Tygart River in Fairmont then you need to make Woods Boat House your premier stop !!

Called prior to bringing PWC in. Was told on the phone it wouldn’t be seen immediately but following week. Understandable considering it was a Friday. No communication at all and then when I DID hear back it was always an excuse. Finally after three weeks of sitting I picked it up and have since had repairs performed in a day. They were great to deal with as long as they were pushing a new sale - other than that, I don’t recommend. Doesn’t seem to be a genuine owner.

Huge shout out to Woods Boathouse and Power sports! I got my vehicle detailed yesterday and I honestly couldn’t be happier. It honestly looks better that the day I bought it. I have a young child in sports and different activities so she’s eating on the run a lot. There was all sorts of unidentifiable sticky substances, glitter, slime, you name it. And, it’s all gone. All you can see is shine!! Love it. I highly recommend!
They are dishonest and nasty!! Paid for a new battery and they said it would be installed. It wasn’t. I paid above top dollar for a trailer and service. Now I wonder if anything was actually done. Paid for indoor storage and the boat was left outside. The owner got mad, called me names and said he wouldn’t help refund for the inside storage. Do yourself a favor and avoid their business. I have pictures of leaf stained canvas, with tears in it from being left outside.
