I advise no one rent from this apartment complex they do not fix anything the apartment complex is filthy dirty they let you move in the apartment with items broken and unrepared and when you try to get them repaired they make it seem like you're late on your rent which I'm never late on my rent, since I've been living there for a year I have not seen a property manager in over 4 months no one returns your calls when it's important so at this point this apartment complex if your house is not burning down or you're not gettin... read more
I live here at The Woods at Peppertree in Decatur. I mean it's okay but I have some complaints. The first complaint was about my bathroom window which should have already been fixed before I moved in. Now finally fixed after four months of me being there. My second complaint is the loud music in the surrounding areas when people do have to get up early in the morning. My other complaint is the trash in the parking areas and pet waste outside my door.
