I could write a book about my time spent at this complex but i will try to keep it as short as possible. In the 3 years that i have lived there property management has been changed 5-6 times. My unit has had every problem imaginable . Mold , Lack of Air , Rowdy neighbors ,water outages , power outages, BUGS . Bugs are the main reason I have had to remove myself . The entire complex is run down, trash thrown everywhere, takes months before they attempt to fix any issue. Constant issues with not having water and no hot water for weeks. They lie and tell you something will be fixed in a 2 hours, but nothing gets done. Roach invested, appliances are not updated. There is nothing pleasant about this place. It should be torn down! Don't move here!
Great move in process. 5/2023..Wish the pool was fixed and I had washer/dryer hookup though. 5/2025..ITS HORRIBLE. OWNER YOSSI Goldberg. NO RESPONSE for days. Maintenance requests go unanswered. NOBODY IN OFFICE MOST DAYS. HAD ALL KINDS OF MAINTENANCE ISSUES FROM HEAT to AC to no WATER.. SEWAGE coming up IN MY PLACE FOR 2 WEEKS.
