The team at The Woods at Peppertree has gotten so much better. The maintenance orders are getting done in a timely manner. Thank you Corey. The property manager Natasha is very hands on and attentive
Bugs were really bad, apt was old but decent, a shout out to Jordan Miller maintenance man very hard worker and respond in a timely manner the best..it was there in the time of my need.. for that I’m grateful.. friendly staff..

My experience at this apartment was great. Up until they denied me for something that was on my credit from 2021 that has nothing to do with no eviction or anything In that nature. I make 2.8x the rent when you only have to make 2.5x the rent. My income is great. They said it doesn’t matter what’s on your credit as long as I don’t have no evictions or not a felony or anything in that nature. Which I don’t. I have no rental history or anything. I’m a first time rental. They said they would still help me get into the apartment... read more
