We've had some bad experiences with property managers and maintenance work that needed to be done. However the new property manager is awesome. She goes above and beyond for the tenants here. Horrible!
I could write a book about my time spent at this complex but i will try to keep it as short as possible. In the 3 years that i have lived there property management has been changed 5-6 times. My unit has had every problem imaginable . Mold , Lack of Air , Rowdy neighbors ,water outages , power outages, BUGS . Bugs are the main reason I have had to remove myself . Roaches overpower the space . No amount of cleaning or scrubbing can undo the amounts of roach residue embedded in the floors and walls in between cabinets and othe... read more
The entire complex is run down, trash thrown everywhere, takes months before they attempt to fix any issue. Constant issues with not having water and no hot water for weeks. They lie and tell you something will be fixed in a 2 hours, but nothing gets done. Roach invested, appliances are not updated. There is nothing pleasant about this place. It should be torn down! Don't move here!
