It’s always dirty! We have dirty water! They don’t fix anything! They invade tenants privacy by putting letters with tape on the door not folded, but taped so everyone could read! Packages are stolen! It smells like weed and dog pee on a daily! They make you renew lease 3months before you have to. Mr Ryan & Susanna are great, but the rest; it sucks!!! Rent is 930.00 a month. No damn heat. Have to keep my oven on and it still feels like an ice box. Lobby always dirty. Office people don't give a crap. You call for maintenance and nothing. Then, they have nerves to pur someone's eviction notice on the door which everyone could read. Really, who does that?? The Arbors do!! Better off living in Camden y'all for real.
So I wake up Sunday to no heat nor hot water I call the emergency repair line no one never came Monday I call 3x asking if someone can fix the problem now here I am Tuesday morning at 630 and I'm still waiting for someone to come and turn my hot water on 3 day of no heat and hot water and I have a 2 &8 year old..
