Mice and bad heating. Management is always finding reasons to be in your apartment, I could hardly go 2 weeks with some privacy. Larry would comment leave notes about conversations he heard about regularly. He mentioned seeing things in camera, but when a resident threw an air conditioner cover away, he had to do inspections, instead of using the cameras to figure out who it was. Ok for a low income place I suppose. Roommates (mice in the wall) could be less smelly though.
Not good. Bad experience. Unfair practices, vindictive management, scary experiences. Building 1 has mold and a spider infestation, building 2 is covered by snakes in summer. Choose your own adventure. I would choose to live literally anywhere else.
