Don t let them talk you into a 1 year contract, they tell you exactly what you want to hear, rush you through your paperwork, then you are screwed! Roaches, Mice, 1 person \$100 electric bill, 30-35 water bill and this was only a 600 sq. ft apt!!! TERRIBLE!! BBB and Housing Authority needs to know how they conduct business
I would give no stars, but it wont let me. This place was horrible. The units are tiny, the management is nosy, if it breaks, they charge you for it, the acoustics are awful and theres a rule that no one can move before 5:00, so people move couches at 2:00 in the morning. Our air conditioner NEVER worked, they wouldnt fix it, and when we stuck in a window unit, they told us we had to take it out. They STILL didnt fix the air conditioning! They came in whenever they pleased for smoke alarm inspection and to spray and dont for... read more
