This management company is beyond pathetic. I have had several issues that have taken weeks to resolve and only after practically yelling at someone. Too many issues to list. I have been completely understanding that there are issues but nothing gets resolved. Don't even bother calling the number they give in all these AI generated apologies. Living at MAV Properties has been an incredibly frustrating experience. Since the transition from Aspen Properties to Woodruff Management, the quality of service has plummeted. I have experienced severe water damage in my unit, with water leaking from beneath the floors at the openings of my bedroom doors. Despite reaching out multiple times, their only “solution” has been to provide a fan—no real repairs have been made. The waste management is another glaring issue. Sheisty company, they do just about every dirty landlord trick in the book. They also love breaking contracts.
