I would not recommend renting from any property managed by Woodruff. I’ve been dealing with a severe roach infestation for weeks, including finding roaches inside the refrigerator and oven. Despite multiple treatments, the problem is ongoing, and the response from management has been frustrating and dismissive. I was told to expect to still see a few as if that’s acceptable. This is the worse property to deal with they will not communicate with you at all no matter how many times you try to reach out. They try to keep people deposits when they know that it is rightfully the applicant I’m at the point where I’m about to get a lawyer involved. I would recommend anyone to this company
