Today was my first visit to Dr.Woodruff's clinic. I will be bringing all of you fur family in! The staff was EXCELLENT! VERY kind and understanding, from front office to the tech. Dr. Woodruff is terrific! He obviously Loves animals and is very compassionate as well as thorough. Thanks to all of you!
We love Dr Woodruff! After 35 years of going to the same vet we needed to find a new vet. Tried one vet with much displeasure so we went to Dr Woodruff. That was one of the best decisions ever. Our senior cat was lethargic, hiding, losing hair and having accidents in the house. Our cat loved Dr woodruff and he had her purring. We were in disbelief in a great way. I have never left a bad review, but this was ridiculous! Unbelievable, had an appointment set, marked it on the calendar, had to take off work early to arrive...appt was scheduled for 4:20 pm, arrived at 4:13 pm only to have the receptionist tell us that the appointment was at 4 pm, I begged, I pleaded to get my little dog in, they absolutely refused to care for her...I let them know, it was their mistake and not mine, the receptionist , annoyed, hand the phone off to a co worker, still no fix, no help...even though we have ... read more
