We haven’t had a car payment in a long time and Trey the sales person was so nice and caring and calm and tried to help us so much when purchasing our Chevy Silverado 2500. The experience made it all worth a while.
Buying here was a great experience Britany was honest upfront and made my buying experience efficient and easy. She informed me of every step and ensured that there were no holdups in the process. She even got me from a used truck to a newer truck at a better price all while giving me honest value for my trade. The honesty and integrity that both her and Trey operated with make the experience worthwhile. If I ever purchase another truck it will be from this dealer.
My husband and I bought a truck here last week. We could not be happier with our experience at Woodruff Chevrolet! Trey and Brittney were GREAT! We never felt pressured or rushed. They were very clear with the price and bottom-line numbers and made the whole process very easy. We will definitely be shopping there in the future!
No other GM dealership in town had the part, but Woodruff Chevrolet did. I called them they placed the part on hold and it was ready for pickup and purchase when I arrived. Nice showroom, by the way.
