We’ve been coming here for 6+ years and have had nothing but incredible experiences. The staff we see are kind, patient and Dr.Long has always provided us the information for all our options. Our 8 year old needed their first filling and afterwards said “that was actually pretty relaxing!” . Thanks to the team for always taking those extra steps. We feel so fortunate you always make our kids look forward to their next visit!
We moved on from Woodroffe this year after 5+ years of what we found to be pushy, business-first dentistry. The straw that broke the camel's back was the dentist wanting to time an urgent extraction to her own leave schedule rather than the medical urgency - no alternatives provided for other dentists in the clinic. Then, a molar filling that was put in for our son fell out while flossing. We've moved on to another clinic since and the experience is night and day. The new dentist confirmed the poor filling job.
Having brought my kids here for the last 7 years and love the place. Dr Dufresne makes the kids feels so special and always delivers excellent service. The kids love her and the wonderful hygienists.
I grew up going to this clinic. My son is 14 months and goes here. Today was a hard day as he had a tooth pulled. The staff are all amazing from reception to Dr. Luong and the Hygenist. Every step of the way Dr. Luong spoke about what she was doing. The entire procedure took 15 minutes.
Waited 2 months for an appointment for emergency services for our three year old only to be told they canceled my appointment because I didn't confirm the appointment. Even though I received an email stating that I had to call the office by today if I needed to reschedule. I am beyond upset! Honestly, don't waste your time with this office. They don't care about your kids wellbeing, especially if it's urgent. I've been waiting over two years for our CHEO referral and I honestly thought this office could help. Obviously not!
