These apartments have bed bugs and they RUFUSE to fix the air conditioning... in buildings H,I,G, & F... how can you people allow children and families go MONTHS without air conditioning????? All u Care bout is the rent and u people don't do anything about the bed bug infestation... no ONE COMES out to take Care of the problem... and you think taking carpet is going to take Care of it!!!! How about a tent!!!!! In buildings I,G&F
I wish I had something good to say because I like the new manager but my sister lived here for 5 months 4 of which were spent without ac. My sister had 2 little babies with asthma and every time she complained it took up to a week for maintainance to show up and the ac worked for 1 day. She babysat my kids who also has asthma and the temp in that apartment was unbearable. Her electric bill reached 600 dollars and she could not keep up with rent and utility so she got evicted. I just came down to these apartments about 15mins ago and My girlfriend and I were actually surprized at how decent they were inside. The office is soooo sooo friendly. The leasing agent & the maintenance took us to see 3 different apartments We still cant decide which one we want to rent because they all were so big & spacious not to mention pretty reasonable prices! I would personally reccomend these apartments to my friends and family not only so that they can be my neighbors but also because I can recieve $100 bucks just... read more
These apartments are very old and a little rusty on the outside but they happen to have some good things to offer. They have a pool...a gym...and a dog park. Plus the office staff are hella cool too. These people that live here are kinda like 1 big family,, they look after eachothers apartments and cars too! Im sure glad I havent had any problems like I did at my last apartment. Me & my roomates get along with everyone here
These apartments is the spot to be! Its right on the bus line, & I can walk down to them little shopping plazas down the street.. plus my kids schools is near by too. And my bestfriends live up in here & we be goin to the gym almost everyday. I cant wait til summer so I can take all my kids down to the pool they got behind the office..mmmm hmm I am gonna start reccomending people to live up in here cause they be givin $100 to the people who reccomend folks to live here. Worst of the north end who makes apt un-authorize entry and violation of privacy by maintenance personnel who barley speaks English. Manager Bobbie Hactcher who is very rude, vindictive & condescending with multiple mood swings who makes threats to tenant & prays on the vonerable . Sexual harassment by maintenance ! Highly not recommended un-less you're Hispanic. Assit Mgn is not so bad all thou she is bully'ed by manager, Paid assign parking will be violated by other to which manager ignores complaints and gang street kids ... read more
