This place has potential but the owner obviously doesn't care about it's condition because he will not pay to properly fix ANYTHING!!! Maintenance is a joke. Besides being under qualified and inexperienced he doesn't speak English and all he does is put a band aid on everything and say, "I fix. It fixed". Everything is freshly painted upon move in, I mean EVERYTHING, the shower tile and soap dish, outlets, light switches, appliances, closet doors, kitchen cabinet hinges. All those 5 stars in the recent reviews are fake, 2 of the 5 star reviews are from the managers. Nobody that lives there currently can say that this complex is 5 ⭐️. This complex is roach and rat infested. Nothing gets fixed. The laundry facilities are there but the machines don’t work properly. The parking lot gets flooded with just normal rain storms and be careful with parking your car on one side of the complex because your tires become flat and people go into your cars. This community doesn’t deserve 1 star . Poor quality, damage appliances . This community have rats. I’ve captured it on video , I’ve made several complaints to the office . Rat issue is still not resolved therefore I will not see a future in this community at all ! leaving as soon as possible .Even if an appliance is broken they refuse to replace it with new appliances. The maintenance man hear pulled out his private part on my camera and I have video proof of it and he literally still has a job here. so who knows what else he's doing in other people's apartments! These apartments are also Roach infested and they don't fix anything here! it's all run down and cheap, the owner doesn't care about the apartments either, it has mold and mildew in the apartments and everything is from the 1960s please do not move to these apartments !
