I'll start with the director of the facility is a lier, as they stated they were able to care for our loved one when they were not. The antipsychotic drugs they put her on without notifying the family or the Guardian is f.... up. They would not clean her when she went to the bathroom and they made decision to make changes with out the Guardian being notified. I could go on however I feel you have the point. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONE'S HERE.
Well my Mom has been their almost 6 years in Dec 2017. If have a loved one in a nursing home go see them often. Pop in when least expected. They do have some caring Nurses and caring CNA's that are their for the patients. By now we know who is their for the money only. Only thing I'm going to say check on your loved ones in any nursing home. Doors open 24/7.
Really good staff They are taking good care of my son while he is in rehab Going to miss them all
Could use some Impovements but I'm not going to go there. A lot of the staff care about the patients. I know the good ones and I know the ones that need to go. My eyes are always open and watching. Still have a loved one in their which has been since Dec 2011. Seen a lot in that time.

Very thankful and great full Woodridge Nursing and Rehab of beautiful Beeville, Tx. I know my mother Mrs.Lisa M . Aguirre was something else but, we her children as nd she loved you guys.Keep up the good work and God bless all of you!
